A coach that understands you

So why would you want me to be your coach?

I am based in Dublin and hold a level 8 degree in Computing specialising in Data Analytics and hold a certification in Endurance Running Coaching awarded by the Coaching Development Programme for Ireland (CDPI). I am also unaffiliated with any athletics or running club in Ireland. These qualifications allow me to help you to interpret the data gathered by your fitness device or tracker and create a personalised training plan that’s just right for your goals.

My background as a runner starts around 2020, previous to this I was never engaged in any form of athletics or endurance running but like many people during COVID I picked up running but eventually fell back off after a year or so of regular(-ish) running. Fast forward to 2023 I picked up running again this time bringing more consistency, and signed up for my first half marathon in May 2024. From then on I’ve raced distances from 5k up to marathon. I managed all of this while also working full-time and having other daily obligations to fulfil so understand how hard it can be to figure in running to that mix. I have learned lots of information over the years as I’ve tried and tested several training methods from AI run plans to Garmin adaptive coach plans and have found what works well and what doesn’t and will continue to keep learning in the years to come as part of my own coaching development to better improve what I deliver.
